The continuous improvement of the industry poses higher requirements on valve sealing property and reliability. Sealing failure will not only bring about great casualty and huge economic loss, but also cause environmental pollution, therefore, the application of bellows valve has become more and more extensive due to be its characteristics of dual sealing. However, the increasing pressure highly requires bellows elements to be more pressure resistant and more flexible, this paper introduces the structural design, inspection and test as well as application ofhigh pressure bellows valves and bellows elements.
